The Human Resources Department strives to reach maximum employment of tribal members by identifying and posting job opportunities both inside and outside of the tribal government.
The department provides mediation services and Employee Assistance Program referrals (as appropriate), as well as training in conflict resolution, evaluation management and harassment prevention.
