Eligibility for Tribal and Urban Indian Health Centers:
A.Tribal Contract or Compact Health Centers: These centers are operated by Tribes or Tribal organizations. They provide care for American Indians and Alaska Natives under the Indian Self-Determination Act.

B. Urban Indian Health Centers: These centers are designated Federally Qualified Health Centersthat specialize in caring for American Indians and Alaska Natives. They receive funding through Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.

Patient Impact: By leveraging the cost savings, these centers can allocate resources toward better care for uninsured or under insured individuals within their communities.
