My name is Tamika Krise. I am the Elementary Student Advocate for Bordeaux.
I was born and raised in Squaxin and am proud to be a part of such a cool tribe. I am 21 years young and graduated from Shelton High School in 2018.
In my free time, I love anything that makes me laugh and I love to just chill. I love watching Netflix, jammin’ to tunes, and obviously need a daily dosage of tik tok vids. Finally, the important stuff. . .
I am eager to help the kiddos shoot for the stars. These young native leaders are born to be something, and I want to do everything in my power to show them how capable and deserving they are of greatness. I’m here to break the cycles and have fun while doing it. Love, peace, and chicken grease.
My name is Isabelle LeClair, and I am the High School Advocate for Shelton High School.
I am a Skokomish tribal member who graduated from Shelton High School in 2015. I am a proud auntie.
I love being creative in what I do. I also love to bead in my spare time.
I am incredibly honored to work with these amazing teens at Shelton High School. I find this work incredibly meaningful because these are our future leaders. I am here to help uplift our youth and show them that the possibilities are endless. I look forward to making positive connections with students and the people at home who support them.
For those of you who don’t know who I am, I am Kiana Henry, or as most know me, Keeks, daughter of Margaret Seymor-Henry and Vincent Henry, Sr.
I am proud to announce that I will be the Cultural Education Liaison up at the TLC! Totally stoked to get hands on with the education department and create fun and engaging new ways to submerge these youth into our culture. I’ll be bouncing around from the schools, collaborating with native education on significant native holidays and assisting with incorporating culture into the curriculum.Once again, I am so excited and honored.
Thank you!

Student Advocate
Oakland Bay Junior High
Hi all!
My name is Caleb Kinzner, and I am the Squaxin Student Advocate over at Oakland Bay Junior High.
I was born in North Carolina, but was raised in Washington. I graduated from Olympia High School in 2019 and then went on to graduate from the University of Washington in 2022.
In my free time I love to watch sports, like football, basketball, and baseball. I am a massive Carolina Panthers fan but will still root for the Seahawks from time to time!
I am here to help the students in any way possible, whether it’s getting caught up in school, working with teachers, or just needing a safe space; I can always help.
I look forward to meeting everyone and hope that I can forge relationships with all the students!
I’m Kiana Wily, and I am a Squaxin Student Advocate for our Olympic Middle School students.
I have worked for Squaxin with the youth for nearly seven years, with Stepping Stones, the uutdoor preschool and now the education department!
I am so thankful to be a part of the Squaxin Island community and working with the youth. It has brought me so much good medicine and great memories through the years.
I look forward to working and growing with my Education Department Team.
