On June 18, 2025, the Army Corps of Engineers requested certification by the Squaxin Island Tribe of their 2026 Nationwide Permits.

The Squaxin Island Tribe will deny certification of the Army Corp’s Nationwide Permits.
 
 
This denial is open for public comment until December 3, 2025.  Please email emarbet@squaxin.us or call 360-432-3804 with comments.
