Attention Hunters and Gatherers:
Packwood
The Squaxin Island Tribal Council has officially approved hunting and gathering access on designated Squaxin Island Tribe-owned parcels in the Packwood area.
Vehicle access is permitted at three gated entry points, which are marked with lock icons on the accompanying map. Please be advised that these access roads are not regularly maintained and may be overgrown with brush—use caution and enter at your own risk.
The gates are secured with locks that use the same key as those for properties in the Kennedy Creek region. If you do not currently have a key, they are available for purchase at the Squaxin Natural Resources office.
As you enter and exit, please remember to lock the gates behind you. We also ask that you respect neighboring properties and exercise care and safety while on the land.
