Outlook

Wednesday, May 23rd from 10am to 12pm in the Training Room

Medium: Instructor-led

Limit: 4-6 Students

Audience: All who use (or should use) Outlook; no skills are necessary

Microsoft Outlook is often used mainly as an e-mail application, though it has a number of other functions. Learn how to get the most out of this program to make your life easier. We’ll discuss organizing your received e-mail, including moving them into folders and then later actually being able to find them. We will also cover creating an e-mail poll, and how to try and get a message back once it’s been sent. In addition, we will review the calendars that the departments use for scheduling shared resources (and how the scheduling works!). We’ll even cover how to set up your default signature! Our focus will be on the Outlook desktop client, but we will also review how to get logged in and use Office 365 for e-mail and scheduling meetings, including discussion on how to use the available tools to make that scheduling much easier.
